 If you hit alt-space (to bring up the window menu), hit the 'm' key (for
 Move), hit an arrow key (to begin window movement, and then move the mouse
 you will find that the window follows your mouse movements. This is the
 best method (other than just using the arrow keys and not the mouse) to
 move a window when you can't reach the bar at the top.
