 When changing the owner's buddy icon the other contacts do not get
 notified, and can't see the real change. In fact it is somewhat connected
 to the the pidgin connects to the ICQ server. As now it mimics ICQ6 client
 version id, the server does not sent icon information to the other
 contacts. Actually the icon is changed in the server but the other
 contacts are not notified (if you connect to the same account through ICQ6
 for instance the other contacts will see the last set buddy icon in
 Pidgin).
