#6471: Buddy pounce on "Stops typing" event for XMPP triggers when YOU stop typing

-------------------------------+--------------------------------------------
I am using Pidgin 2.4.3 on Ubuntu Hardy 32-bit (installed from APT) and
have found that the "Stops typing" buddy pounce does not work properly for
XMPP. If I create a pounce for that event, it triggers when '''I''' stop
typing in a chat window '''with''' that buddy. To repro:
  1. Set up an XMPP account and choose a buddy.
  2. Create a pounce for that buddy on the "Stops typing" event that plays
 a sound.
  3. Open the XMPP console to observe traffic.
  4. Open a chat window with that buddy.
  5. Type something.
  6. Stop typing without sending it.
Actual result: after a short delay, Pidgin sends a stanza to update to the
"paused" chatstate, and at that exact moment the pounce triggers and plays
 the sound.
Expected result: a "Stops typing" pounce should only trigger when the
 '''other''' party stops typing.
Note: in case it matters, this XMPP account is on Google Talk.
