Old description:

New description:

 We should use the !GtkNotebook drag-and-drop re-ordering on GTK+ >= 2.10.
 In this way, users will see the results of the tab drag as it happens. It
 should also (hopefully) reduce the amount of code (eventually, when we
 drop support for older GTK+ versions, because for now it'll be #ifdef'ed).
 If it doesn't work well for dragging across windows, we should get that
 fixed upstream.
