 I'm having the same issue (or a very closely related one), I'll attach my
 backtrace in a moment.
 It seems to be triggered when "Manual proxy configuration" is checked in
 gnome proxy config but no HTTP proxy is entered (regardless of whether the
 other fields are filled), with a bogus HTTP proxy host name it at least
 doesn't crash.
