 In AOL AIM you have the ability to have a username that is a email
 address.  Hence in my example, my AOL AIM username is jinxpuppy at gmail.com
 when i enter the AIM screen name and the pw i am unable to connect with
 the pidgin 2.4.2 client.

 When I use another AIM screen name that is not a "email" username, it
 works as designed.  So I have come to the conclusion that this is a bug in
 the client.
