 For university wifi, we have to authenticate with WPA-PEAP and so I use
 wpa_supplicant to manage the association. Pidgin starts automatically at
 boot, but says "Waiting for network connection." It still says this even
 after I connect with wpa_supplicant and run dhclient.

 Running eeeXubuntu on Asus EeePC
