Comment:

 Yeah, this is going to be metacity forgetting the always on top setting
 for Windows that get hidden most likely. Whether it should or should not
 be doing that I don't know, whether pidgin is hiding the window in a way
 that makes this easier/harder for metacity I also don't know. (I'd have to
 find out what we do exactly and I can't do that at the moment.)
