 Indeed, that is it.

 People sets dnd to avoid unnecessary traffic mainly during working time or
 busy time but answers good/needed query.
 For ex: I don't want a popup "What's up ?" if I am busy, but can answer
 "Have you done that feature? or can you help me with gtk ?"
