 ok well then I'd like to ask why I keep searching up MSNP14 and people
 talking about how they have already been using MSNP14 in older versions of
 pidgin... does this mean MSNP14 was already released for pidgin? or is it
 part of some pidgin beta test program? or are these support tickets I've
 searched for MSNP14 all from other developers of that protocol plugin?
