 Fix setting buddy icons on yahoo.  It looks like this must have been
 broken by
 them starting to actually check the length field in the YMSG header.  This
 also
 now uses code stolen from kopete to generate the buddy icon checksum (it
 isn't
 strictly necessary as far as I can tell, but it seems better). Fixes
 #4795.
