Comment:

 There is nothing in that log snippet about either a connection or
 disconnection specifically (that is nothing about pidgin connecting or
 disconnecting an account). That snippet simply contains dns query errors
 related to your xmpp server (and the SRV records for it). Please attempt
 to get more debug output from this disconnection problem, with the log as
 pasted above I can't even begin to guess what the problem is (other than
 that it appears to be a DNS problem somewhere). When your XMPP account is
 disconnected can you manually resolve your servers DNS entries?
