 Ah, that is a useful bit of information (the 2.3.1 thing) I'm going to
 guess this is related to the xmpp ping support we added somewhere around
 then. Disconnect any XMPP accounts other than the one that is having this
 problem and watch the debug window again. When you next disconnect look
 for the most recent (or two most recent) xmpp pings sent out (like the one
 at timestamp 14:10:28 in the snippet you pasted) and see if you get any
 response from your server. I'm going to bet you don't, when normally you
 do. I'm further going to hazard a guess that your server is running
 OpenFire. Am I right?
