 Well, yes, but it seems trivial (read: one hour) for a half-decent coder
 to make a plugin to do as i proposed. Full integration with pidgin would
 come later. Adding a google talk protocol would be pretty easy as well, i
 guess, because one would just need to sed the code to change the protocol
 name and make a few trivial changes. Also, the off the record feature
 could be easily implemented.
