 This patch makes custom smileys "shadowing" a default smiley with the same
 shortcut only greying it out if the protocol supports custom smileys.
 The patch also adds the shortcut string to the tooltip text for greyed out
 smileys.
 Also an unused parameter to "sort_smileys" is removed and the list
 "unique_smileys" in "insert_smiley_cb" is prepended to instead of appended
 to avoid making the function of square complexity on the number of custom
 smileys.
