 I report this because my carrier (VIVO - Brazil) does not have the custom
 to invest in technology to the point of EVDO available only in some urban
 centres, leaving the rest of the state (Rio de Janeiro) with only 1xRTT,
 which not only moved to a GSM operator 3G because at the time that I use
 the service contract, was the only available and mild that I pay a fine
 (in the value of a kidney, black market) that will continue until December
 of that customer service that does not invest in infrastructure structure
 of 2003 (Network overloaded from 10 to 19 hours), but the service
 announced as the "final solution"
