 - What language version of WLM and Windows are your friends using? I
 suppose Slovenian (please correct me if I am wrong here).

 - What do your friends exactly see? Do they see two broken characters
 instead of one character with a caron or does the number of charateers
 stay the same? Are other characters getting lost (e.g. the next character
 after a special character)? Please post the exact characters that they see
 instead of Č, č, Š, š, Ž and ž.
