 If you're the kind of person who forgets to click Reconnect on your home
 Pidgin when you get back from the office, you might want a way to
 automatically reconnect any accounts that got knocked offline by you
 signing in at the office when you return from idle on your home computer.
 (Perhaps with some n-minute delay to make sure you really are back, where
 n is half the time before you go idle or five minutes whichever is the
 smaller, or something.)
