 Updated patch:

 This one can cope with a message where <img> tags are not self-closing,
 ie.
 <img alt=".." src="..."></img>

 It also handles the case when the received <img/> doesn't have an "alt"
 attribute, in this case the remote shortcut of the smiley is set to the
 value of the content ID (cid), since the smiley API needs a shortcut.
