 I parsed through the log some more, and didn't see much. it's difficult to
 filter out the PRESENCE tags, which seem to just send status updates. I
 ran the log through some regex's to filter them out, but i don't see
 anything before the disconnect.

 Is there a particular line/tag i should be looking for?
