 I got it, but the patch posted on this ticket by Sumit is the only one I
 know to be publically available with these features. I assume you just
 modified his patch by erasing the code that stops blist from including
 away and idle buddies.
 If instead you could take that code and wrap it in an if statement
 conditional on check boxes like the image I posted, this patch would be
 essentially complete. My knowledge of pidgin libraries is minimal, so I
 can only propose ideas, not impliment them :(
