 You state that we should "do it or move over."  Fine, we've provided you
 with the source, and have thus, for all intents and purposes, moved over.
 You have room to do it, or find someone else to do it.

 See, unlike most of the software you are probably accustomed to, we do not
 depend on having users.  We do not depend on your good will.  It might be
 nice to have users, but if you (for any number of users) ask for something
 we think is stupid, there is NO incentive for us to spend our free time
 implementing it.  We *might* accept it in the form of a patch, but if it
 is sufficiently stupid, we'll reject it even then and you can fork the
 project.  That is how open source works.
