Comment:

 The music messaging plugin was a Summer of Code project from a number of
 years ago which attempted to allow for collaborative music editing I
 believe. I don't think it ever got very far (though I think it does work
 to some limited extent). As such a 'music messaging session' is a session
 of use of this plugin, an 'MM icon' is the icon the plugin creates (likely
 in the conversation window), and as the direction you pasted suggests in
 order to accept it you would need to click that icon. You may or may not
 have the plugin loaded (check the Plugins dialog) and it may or may not
 work correctly even when loaded. (Personally, I'm not sure why we build it
 by default at this point.)
