Comment:

 Plugins don't have numbers, so I am entirely unsure what you are asking
 for there. If you don't see a plugin with the name Music Messaging in your
 Tools->Plugins dialog then that likely means your copy of pidgin was not
 built with DBus support and as such the music messaging plugin was not
 built (or you are using Windows in which case the plugin cannot be built).
 You can check the Help->About dialog to see whether DBus support is
 enabled. If DBus is enabled and the plugin isn't in the dialog report back
 and we will go from there.
