 Right, most of the assorted pidgin dialogs are marked as dialogs of one
 sort or another, and under Windows 'dialogs' don't get minimize buttons.
 There isn't anything we can do about that. The only possible solution on
 our side would be to stop marking the windows as dialogs and leave them
 marked as normal windows (what the buddy list and conversation window are
 currently), however given that they really are dialogs this seems like a
 bad idea to me in general. I don't have any specific thoughts about the
 file transfer dialog (I'm not even sure I know which dialog you are
 talking about specifically, do you mean Tools->File Transfers?).
