 I believe this bug would not occur if the display name began with the
 Arabic as opposed to ending with it (though it is entirely possible that a
 different rendering issue would occur). What is happening in that
 screenshot is that GTK+ appears to not be considering numbers as strongly
 directional and as such is lining them up with the end of the display name
 and as such is inserting them logically 'after' the Arabic text which
 displays as visually 'before' it (note how the position of the colon
 changes with respect to the Arabic text on the lines with the issue). I
 would further guess that numbers in the middle of the received message
 will also not trigger this bug.
