 Oh... I thought you were talking about the Font chooser dialog for the
 conversation font and you're actually talking about the outgoing message
 formatting (Which also works fine for me).

 I don't think a Font Chooser is the right thing here - it has the same
 interface as the conversation window, so choosing the default font is done
 in exactly the same way as overriding per message.  The other part of this
 is that you're not necessarily choosing a font and size in the same way
 you are for a word processor or something - font sizes are relative.

 If there is a bug in the current behavior (which I think is what you're
 saying in your last message), please provide steps that can consistently
 be used to recreate it.
