 Just added a patch that handles the sending im when a buddy start a
 conversation, now we are suppoused to use the existing switchboard instead
 of trying to send a OIM.

 Maybe this can help to handle all that "first try swboard if fails send
 OIM". I was thinking in trying the OIM on the cal_helper but this can be
 unecesary. There are some different posible scenarios:

  * Both online, this works great.
  * They offline: We ask for a swboard and found nothing => send OIM
  * They invisible and we start conversation: The same, when the buddy
 reply there will be created a swboard and we can use it in the next
 message.
  * They invisible and they start conversation: We receive the conversation
 with a swboard, we use it .

 I don't know what would happen when both appears invisible. Maybe we will
 use OIM for every im.
