Comment:

 That pidgin.rpt file is definitely crashing inside of the OTR plugin
 (unless some other encryption plugin is providing the encrypt.dll file).
 Can you try unloading the OTR plugin, restarting pidgin, and trying again.
 See if that crashes, if it does attach the .rpt file from that crash here.
 If not you've found the problem.
