 Something is very broken in im.pidgin.cpw.qulogic.msn atm because sending
 OIMs doesn't work at all. I just receive LockKeyChallenge errors all the
 time until the server sends a q0:SenderThrottleLimitExceeded. It seems to
 get a lock key and it uses it but it still causes a LockKeyChallenge
 error. I have been looking at the code for a short while but I can't find
 anything wrong. Maybe it's related to the the time stamps or something?
