 > When sending OIMs using the i.p.p.msnp15 branch they are not always sent
 successfully. It appears that this is related to the length of a message
 as short ones almost always go through whereas longer ones are more hit
 and miss.

 It may be the length that's the problem. The length is only checked for
 messages sent online, and not for OIM's.

 Additionally, that previous commit should fix a slightly uncommon
 condition that would break sending an OIM.
