  * pending:  1 => 0

Comment:

 Only existing message window sounds play. New mesage windows sounds does
 not play in any case, whether buddy list is maximized or minimized to task
 bar or system try. In other words, the status of the buddy list doesn't
 matter.

 If two new messages come in consecutively, only the second one plays sound
 (after the first one makes a minimized window appear in the taskbar,
 flashing with no sound)
