Comment:

 There is a third party protocol plugin to implement facebook.  We have no
 intention of writing or distributing a protocol plugin for facebook.

 Facebook has promised to expose an XMPP interface to their IM network,
 which we will support automatically if it ever happens, as it will be
 simply another XMPP server.
