Comment:

 There isn't a link to it specifically, it is part of the normal pidgin
 release it just wasn't included in 2.4.2 because of an oversight. It will
 be in the next release. If you want you can set up a Windows build
 environment and build it yourself until then, but it is almost certainly
 easier to just wait.

 If you don't want to explain any more about your input button request or
 your comment about the Send right-click menu item not appearing I am going
 to close this ticket.
