 I'm having this same exact problem with the latest version (2.4.0). The
 tooltips will sometimes appear after the mouse has passed over the buddy
 list even though the mouse is no longer over the buddy list when the
 tooltip appears. Normally a tooltip will disappear when the mouse moves
 away from the buddy list window, but these tooltips are appearing after
 the mouse is already away from the buddy list window.
