 I have just updated from 2.3.1 to 2.4.0 and realized that I am no more
 able to resize the text input area by dragging its border. This annoys me
 so much that I'm going back to the previous version. :( (I am otherwise a
 big fan of Pidgin)[[BR]]

 Please give back the option to manually resize the input field's height...

 I don' mind if the field auto-resizes when I type in more than what fits
 in it (as opposed to displaying a scroll-bar), but I really would like to
 be able to set the "starting" height (that is when the field is empty) to
 more than one line.
