 Sorry for my English, I am Ukrainian.
 Pidgin 2.2.1 doesn't show Ukrainian symbols like: "є", "ї", "і" when
 chatting by ICQ protocol with clients such as "QIP2005 b8040" or "ICQ6"
 which runs on Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2.
 My encoding in "Advanced" tab is "CP1251". But I tried: "UTF8" "UTF-8"
 "Windows-1251" "CP1251" "KOI8-R" "KOI8-U", and had no result. In SIM or
 Kopete all correct.
