 Whenever I start Pidgin, I get an error message as shown in the attached
 screenshot.  It states:

 "WinpidginMsgWin:  pidgin.exe - Unable To Locate Component

 This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found.
 Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

 I have about 6 copies of this dll floating around on my system; is there a
 way to get Pidgin to see that it does indeed exist?
