Comment:

 This is related to the addition of external SASL support for XMPP
 authentication.  We inadvertently added a dependency to MSVCR71.dll.  This
 will be fixed for the next release, to work around it for now (as
 indicated in `benjiphil`'s post above), you can delete
 `sasl2\saslGSSAPI.dll` without negatively affecting functionality.
