 Hello.
 Today, I downloaded and installed the latest official version 2.4.0
 Pidgin.
 After installation, I can not accept incoming messages. Issued flow of
 this type:

 x4;?x4;0x4;@x4;0x4;<(An error in the admission of the message. Either
 you have chosen and 414367596 different encodings or 414367596 client
 contains errors.)
 }}}

 In version 2.3.1, it was not such an error, and the message read
 perfectly.
 The journal reports are displayed correctly.
 My system: WinXP SP2.
 How can I correct this error?
