 Hi. In the previous version of Pidgin when I received a text with some
 special central european characters they were wrong.. got some signs and
 numbers instead. But regular text was always OK.
 Since the lastest Pidgin 2.4.0 I am not able to receive ANYTHING from a
 QIP client, with or without special characters, (with the default codepage
 set in QIP) because I always get an error that there is a different
 codepage but no text from the message. It is quite annoying because I have
 to use a different client to communicate.
