 Oktoplus: The right-click menu has Send as the top item exactly because
 people who didn't like the removal of the Send button showed up and calmly
 and coherently explained to us that the button was incredibly useful when
 copying and pasting text with the mouse, at which point we discussed with
 them ways to satisfy them without adding the button back. It is exactly
 discourse of that sort that we are looking for now.
