 I don't want my input box changing size without my explicit permission,
 nor do i want it encroaching up into my conversation.

 This new behavior is fine for users who want confined and small chat
 boxes, but Pidgin should memorize if the user has edited the size of the
 input box like it has always done.

 Basicly, we need to combine this new functionality with the old.
