 When I block a user they can still freely send me IM's, this is a hassle
 because I am trying to block someone who I do not wish to talk to and yet
 they can continue to talk to me regardless of my blocking them. I've also
 tested to see if blocking other users has any affect and it does not, AIM
 and MSN users are unaffected by the block function.
 What do I need to do?
