 when recieving cyrillic messeges in 2.4.0 you get an error and messege in
 the folowing format:

 '''x4;x4;?x4;x4;@x4;x4;8x4;x4;2''' (There was an error receiving this
 message.  Either you and XxxxXxxX have different encodings selected, or
 XxxxXxxX has a buggy client.)
 This problem was not pressent in previous version
 Will try to change encoding somewhere, but not sure where.
