 And please think about implementing this as a '''toggle''', as I suggested
 several times, in which the button can be pressed in to ''reset'' the
 formatting after each message, or unpressed to ''keep'' the formatting
 after each message.

 It's fine if you don't like this idea and reject it, but it seems to have
 been completely ignored or unnoticed so far, which is not fine.
