 winPidgin crashes on resume from hibernate during jabber reconnect after a
 significant network environment change on Windows Vista.

 May be related to #2825. Although in winPidgin this only began to occur in
 2.4.0.

 The screen prior to the crash shows that the jabber XMPP (Google Talk)
 account cannot reconnect.

 Steps to reproduce:[[BR]]
 0. Start Pidgin.[[BR]]
 1. Make sure you have a jabber account enabled.[[BR]]
 2. Hibernate Computer.[[BR]]
 3. Drive to a different Starbucks (any location that will cause a Zero
 Config wired or wireless network change)[[BR]]
 4. Start Computer (resume hibernate).[[BR]]
 5. Pidgin WILL crash.

 Note: If hibernate and start occur with the same network configuration,
 Pidgin MAY NOT crash but MAY need to be restarted to reconnect jabber and
 function properly similar to #2825.
