 When I get messages with German umlauts included the application reports
 in the chat window:

 (Es gab einen Fehler beim Empfang dieser Nachricht.  Entweder haben Sie
 und <ICQNUMBER> unterschiedliche Kodierungen gesetzt oder <ICQNUMBER> hat
 einen fehlerhaften Client.)
 }}}

 This just happens after the upgrade to version 2.4.0 .

 I tried to change the encoding on the ICQ account edit page but that does
 not change anything!
