 @ sandrul: it seems we lost msn avatar support since your changes to
 imgstore (or maybe those two propagating?)....I propagated latest
 im.pidgin.pidgin on custom_smiley in my testing db and sending custom
 smileys went fine, yet I backtraced this avatar issue to changes made
 after
 http://developer.pidgin.im/viewmtn/revision/info/ddcc6eb918167735a0768b1a2976c95b5b15e213
 Alas, I'm no real coder, so can you please check if it actually got
 broken? (I'm using MSNP14....I know it's not properly conventional and
 stable, but avatars used to work fine as well as smileys)
