 Maybe, but so is the developers' refusal to re-implement a feature when
 they are confronted with how badly they underestimated its value to their
 users. This is not a radical demand, nor does it require an unreasonable
 amount of work. Given the number of people that have reverted to the
 previous version and the sheer number of complaints this regression turns
 up in a simple Google search, you'd imagine that they would admit they
 didn't expect so many people to miss input resizing this much and
 therefore provide an option. They must have been very proud about the
 auto-resizing idea, because they have stubbornly asserted here that they
 think they know what is best for us.
